ADVICE

Two main problems have been reported by our followers when passing through SOME of these tolls;

- There are no staff just machines and they do only accept notes of 5 -10 or 20 euros. So if most of these devices DO NOT ACCEPT 50 or 100 euro notes.

- The CONTACTLESS option does not work so you can not pay with your phone.

Nuestra oficina de información es un recurso vital para los propietarios, inquilinos y turistas de nuestro resort, proporcionándoles toda la información y folletos que necesitan para saber qué está sucediendo en la zona. También actúa como un centro de información sobre comerciantes locales. Aunque no podemos ofrecer recomendaciones personales, podemos proporcionarle algunos detalles de comerciantes; depende de ti a quién elijas.

También puede alquilar, comprar e intercambiar libros, DVD, CD, revistas y juguetes. También puede pedir prestado equipo de jardinería.

Si necesita una tarjeta HR Privilege Card, que le ofrece muchos descuentos de proveedores de servicios locales y restaurantes, la Oficina de Información es el lugar al que debe acudir para recoger sus tarjetas. No olvide traer su pasaporte, número de NIE o una factura de servicios públicos reciente.

Los muy apreciados voluntarios locales no remunerados que forman parte del personal de la Oficina de Información tienen un gran conocimiento sobre todo tipo de cosas relacionadas con los recursos humanos, el área local y todo lo relacionado con la vida en España.

A partir de ahora, y en el futuro previsible, siempre que tengamos un número suficiente de voluntarios para dedicar un par de horas al día, es nuestra intención abrir todos los lunes, martes, jueves, miércoles y viernes de 10:00 a.m. a 12: 00. Tenga en cuenta que estos horarios pueden estar sujetos a cambios.

Our Information Office is a great resource for our complex landlords, tenants, and summer residents, providing them with all the information and flyers they need to know what's happening in the area. It also acts as an information center on local traders. While we can’t offer any personal recommendation, we can provide you with the details of some traders; then it’s up to you to decide who to choose.

You can also rent, buy and exchange books, DVDs, CDs, magazines, and toys. You can also borrow gardening equipment.

If you need an HR Privilege Card, which you can use to get discounts from local service providers and restaurants, then the Information Office is the place to go pick up your cards Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 midday. Don't forget to bring your passport (or NIE number) and a recent utility bill.

The much-appreciated local unpaid volunteers who work in the Information Office have great knowledge about all kinds of things related to Hacienda Riquelme, the local area, and everything about living in Spain.

From now on, and in the foreseeable future, as long as we get enough volunteers to dedicate a couple of hours a day, our intention is to open every Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Keep in mind that these times may be subject to change.

We have our very own Information Office on Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort. This is the glass building near the resort entrance.

We have a selection of books, magazines, DVDs, and CDs. You can choose to purchase any of these items or if you wish you can exchange any item. Also, we have a laptop, which can be used free of charge, and a printer is available for your use. We charge 1€ for each page printed or photocopied, so you can print off your Boarding Cards.

We aim to open the office 10:00 am to 12:00 noon Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and festivals). As this facility is wholly staffed by unpaid volunteers, who are mainly residents, the office is only open when we have volunteers available, depending on personal circumstances.
