To youngsters
Eventhough we are too late, still we have time to take care... to limit the damage imposed by COVID-19. Please stay home as much as you can, keep your social distance, wash your hands, use sanitizers to clean your hands and keep it away from your eyes, mouth etc. Don't you want to protect yourself, your elders like mother, father...?????????
Ultimately this pandemic can take away all icons of this generation. That is my fear. If you want not to regret, lets listen to one another and take care.

* የመኪና መስኮቶችን መክፈት፣
* ከግለሰቦች ጋር በእጅ መጨባበጥን ጨምሮ የሚደረጉ ንክኪዎችን በተቻለ መጠን ማስወገድ፣
* እጅን ቢያንስ ለ 20 ሰከንዶች ያክል ደጋግሞ መታጠብ፣
* ሲያስሉ እና ሲያስነጥሱ አፍን እና አፍንጫን በክንድዎ መሸፈን፤

ኖቭል ኮሮና ቫይረስ (Novel Corona virus) በሽታን አስመልክቶ የተዘጋጀ መግለጫ
መግቢያ
የዓለም ጤና ድርጅት የኖቭል ኮሮና ቫይረስ በሽታ ከታሕሳስ 21, 2012 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ በቻይና ዉሃን (Wuhan) ክልል የተከሰተ መሆኑን አሳወቋል፡፡ ይህ ቫይረስ ቀደም ብሎ የሚታወቅ በሽታ አምጭ ተኅዋስ ቢሆንም በአሁኑ ወቅት የተከሰተው ግን አዲስ የቫይረስ ዓይነት እንደሆነ የተጠቆመ ሲሆን እስከ ዛሬ ማለትም ጥር 15, 2012 ዓ.ም. ድረስ በጠቅላላ አምስት መቶ ሰማንያ አንድ (581) ታማሚዎች ሪፖርት ተደርጓል፡፡ አምስት መቶ ሰባ አንድ (571) የሚሆኑት ታማሚዎች ከቻይና ብቻ ሪፖርት የተደረጉ ሲሆን ከነዚህም ታማሚዎች ውስጥ 17 የሚሆነት ህይወታቸው አልፏል፡፡ በቻይና በመጀመሪያ የበሽታው ምልክት የታየው በውሃን ከተማ በሚገኝ የባሕር ምግብ ገበያ የባሕር ምግቦችን የሚያዘጋጁና የሚያቀርቡ ሰዎች ላይ ሲሆን በሽታው ወደ አሜሪካ፣ ጃፓን፣ ታይላንድ፣ ኮሪያ ሪፐብሊክ እና ሲንጋፖር ከቻይና በተነሱ ተጓዦች አማካኝነት መስራጨቱ ታውቋል፡፡
የኮሮና ቫይረስ ምንነት፡
የኮሮና ቫይረስ (corona viruses) ከቀላል እስከ ከባድ የመተንፈሻ አካል ሕመም የሚያስከትል የቫይረስ ዝርያ ሲሆን በበሽታው የተያዙ ሰዎች ትኩሳት፣ ሳል፣ የትንፋሽ መቆራረጥ እና የመተንፈስ ችግር ምልክቶች ይታይባቸዋል፡፡ በሽታው በጠናባቸው ታማሚዎች ላይ ደግሞ እንደ ሳንባ ምች (pneumonia)፣ ከባድ የመተንፈሻ አካላት ሕመም የሚያሳይ ሲሆን የኩላሊት ስራ ማቆምና ሞትን ሊያስከትል የሚችል በሽታ ነው፡፡ በሽታው ባልበሰሉ ምግቦች፣ በሳልና በማስነጠስ ወቅት እና ከታማሚ ሰው ጋር በሚደረግ የቅርብ ንክኪ፣ ባልታጠበ እጅ እና በመሳሰሉት ይተላለፋል፡፡
የመከላከልና የዝግጁነት ስራዎች፡
ኢትዮጵያ ከተለያዩ ሀገራት ጋር የአየርና የየብስ ትራንሰፖርት ትስስር የምታደርግ ሲሆን በሽታውን ሪፖርት ካደረጉ አገራት ጋርም በአየር መንገዷ አማካኝነት በርካታ በረራዎች አሏት፡፡ የኢትዮጵያ አየር መንገድ በቻይና ብቻ አምስት ማለትም ቤጂንግ፣ ሆንግ ኮንግ፣ ሻንግሃይ፣ ቸንዱና ጓንዡ በረራዎችን ያደርጋል፡፡ በመሆኑም በማንኛውም የአየር መንገድ በኩል ለሚሄዱ መንገደኞች ለቫይረሱ ተጋላጭ እነዳይሆኑ ስለ በሽታው መረጃ መስጠትና ወደ ሀገራችን ለሚመጡት ደግሞ በበሽታው ተይዘው ሊሆን ስለሚችሉ በአለም የጤና ድርጅት ምክረ ሀሳብ መሰረት ለሁሉም መንገደኞች የሰውነት ሙቀት ልየታ ስራ በቦሌ ዓለም አቀፍ አየር ማረፊያ ተጀምሯል፡፡ ከዚህ በተጨማሪም የኢትዮጵያ የሕብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት የተለያዩ የዝግጁነት ስራዎችን የጀመረ ሲሆን ለክልሎች እና ለባለድርሻ አካላት አስፈላጊውን የዝግጅት ስራዎች እንዲያከናውኑ የቅድመ ዝግጅት መልዕክት አሰራጭቷል፡፡
በሽታውን ሪፖርት ወደ አደረጉ ሀገራት የሚጓዙ መንገደኞች ሊያደረጓቸው የሚገቡ ጥንቃቄዎች፡-
• የትኩሳትና የሳል ምልክት ከሚያሳዩ ሰዎች ጋር ንክኪ አለማድረግ፣
• እጅን በሳሙናና ውሃ መታጠብ በተለይ ደግሞ ከታመሙ ሰዎች ወይም ከአካባቢያቸው ጋር ንክኪ ከፈጠሩ፣
• ያልበሰሉ የእንስሳት ተዋፅኦ የሆኑ ምግቦችን ከመመገብ መቆጠብ
• በሕይዎት ካሉም ሆነ ከሞቱ የቤትና የዱር እንስሳትን ጋር ነክኪ አለማድረግ
• ከኢትዮጵያ የሕብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት፣ ጤና ሚኒስቴር፣ ሕክምና ተቋማት፣ ከጉዞ ማሕበራት፣ ከአየር መንገድ፣ ከመዳረሻ ቦታዎች ወይም ከሌሎች የጤና መረጃ ምንጮች ስለ በሽታው በቂ መረጃ ማግኘት እና ራሳቸውን ከበሽታው መከላከል ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
በበሽታው መያዛቸውን የጠረጠሩ ሰዎች ማድረግ ያለባቸው ፡-
• ወደ ሀገር በተመለሱ በሁለት ሳምንታት ጊዜ ውስጥ የመተንፈሻ አካል ህመም፣ ትኩሳትና እንደ ሳል ያሉ የህመም ምልክቶች ካለብዎት ወድያውኑ በአቅራቢያዎ ወደሚገኝ ጤና ተቋም በመሄድ አስፈላጊውን የህክምና አገልግሎት ማግኘት፣
• የበሽታው ስሜት ከመፈጠሩ አስራ አራት (14) ቀናት በፊት በሽታውን ሪፖርት ወዳደረጉ አገራት ሄደው ከነበረ ይህንንም ለጤና ባለሙያው ማስረዳት፤
• በሚያስሉበትና በሚያስነጥሱበት ጊዜ በሽታው ወደ ጤነኛ ሰው እንዳይተላለፍ አፍና አፍንጫን በክንድ፣በመሃረብ ወይም በሶፍት መሽፈን
• አፍና አፍንጫን ለመሽፈን የተጠቀምንበትን ሶፍት በአግባቡ በቆሻሻ መጣያ ውስጥ ማስወገድ እና እጅን ሁልጊዜ በውሃና በሳሙና መታጠብ ያስፈልጋል፡፡
በሽታውን ሪፖርት ወደ አደረጉ አገራት ሄዶ የበሽታውን ምልከቶች ማሳየት የጀመረ ሰውን የሚያውቅ ማንኛውም ስው በአቅራቢያው ለሚገኝ የጤና ተቋም ማሳወቅ ወይም ከታች በተገለፁት አድራሻዎች በመጠቀም ሪፖርት ማድርግ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡ በሽታውን ሪፖርት ወደ አደረጉ አገራት ሄዶ የበሽታውን ምልከቶች ማሳየት ጀምሮ ለህክምና ወደ ግልም ሆን የመንግስት ተቋማት የመጣ ታማሚ ሲኖር ወዲያውኑ በቅርበት ላሉ የጤና ፅ/ቤት/መምሪያ/ቢሮ ማሳወቅ ይኖርበታል፡፡
