بتكليف من السيد رئيس الجمهورية الأستاذ قيس سعيد، يشارك السيّد محمد علي النفطي، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، في أشغال الدورة العادية التاسعة والأربعين للمجلس التنفيذي للاتحاد الإفريقي التي ستنعقد بمقرّ مفوّضية الاتحاد بأديس أبابا، يومي 28 و29 جويلية 2026.
وسيتمّ خلال هذه الدورة اعتماد ميزانية الاتحاد الإفريقي لسنة 2027 والنظر في تقارير لجان المجلس التنفيذي وخاصة منها تلك المكلفة بجدول تقدير أنصبة الدول الأعضاء وبمتابعة تنفيذ أجندة إفريقيا 2063، والمعنية بالترشيحات الإفريقية داخل المنظومة الدولية، إضافة إلى بحث التقرير المرحلي حول تنفيذ القرار الخاص بجعل عام 2026: "لضمان التوافر المستدام للمياه بافريقيا".
كما سيجري الوزير، على هامش هذا الاجتماع، لقاءات مع نظرائه في عدد من الدول الإفريقية بشأن علاقات التعاون الثنائية التي تجمع تونس بهذه الدول والامكانيات المتاحة لتطويرها، إلى جانب سبل تعزيز العمل الإفريقي المشترك.

Sur instructions de Son Excellence le Président de la République, Monsieur Kaïs Saïed, le Ministre des Affaires Étrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Étranger, M. Mohamed Ali Nafti, prendra part aux travaux de la 49ᵉ Session Ordinaire du Conseil Exécutif de l'Union Africaine, qui se tiendront au Siège de la Commission de l'UA à Addis-Abeba, les 28 et 29 juillet 2026.
Il sera procédé, au cours de cette Session, à l'adoption du budget de l'Union Africaine pour l'exercice 2027 et à l'examen des rapports présentés par les comités du Conseil Exécutif, notamment ceux chargés du barème des contributions des États membres, du suivi de l'exécution de l'Agenda Afrique 2063 et des candidatures africaines au sein du système international. Les travaux porteront également sur l'examen du rapport d'étape relatif à la mise en œuvre de la décision proclamant l'année 2026 : « Année pour assurer la disponibilité durable de l'eau en Afrique ».
En marge de cette réunion, le Ministre aura une série d'entretiens avec nombre de ses homologues africains pour faire le point sur les relations de coopération bilatérale qui lient la Tunisie à ces Pays frères et explorer les opportunités d'approfondissement offertes, tout en se concertant sur les moyens d'imprimer un nouvel élan à l'action africaine commune.

On the instructions of His Excellency the President of the Republic Mr. Kaïs Saïed, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, will participate in the proceedings of the 49th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council of the African Union, to be held at the headquarters of the AU Commission in Addis Ababa, on 28 and 29 July 2026.
During this Session, the African Union’s budget for 2027 will be adopted, and several reports of the Executive Council’s committees will be examined, particularly those relating to the scale of assessment of Member States’ contributions, the follow-up on the implementation of Agenda 2063, and African candidatures within the international system. The Session will also consider the progress report on the implementation of the decision designating 2026 as the Year of: Ensuring Sustainable Water Availability in Africa.
On the sidelines of the meeting, the Minister will hold talks with his counterparts from a number of African countries on bilateral cooperation relations between Tunisia and these States, as well as the opportunities available to further develop them, in addition to ways of enhancing joint African action.
