4yr old male child ,presented with SOB of 6mnth,No contact Hx with chronic cougher p/E, PR 120, RR 40, Tem.36,8, So2 89%, R/S ,dullness and dec. air enrty on left side, hypersonant on rt, no trachea devia. C/S distant heart sound, Abd, no organomegaly. lab. CBC. normal, ESR. 5mm/hr, CXR. as bellow. what is ur interpretation(CXR) ?
