Outreach youth workers meet young people under the age of 29 who need support in their daily lives, as well as guidance and perspective for the future. ✨
The work is aimed at young people in need of support and helps them access services and other forms of assistance that promote growth, independence, participation in society, overall life management, and pathways to education and working life.🎓💼
The service is always voluntary for the young person.
