My name is Arunesh Sahil Kumar and I am a third-year student, pursuing my Bachelor of Professional Accounting degree. Over the past two years, my peers, mentors, tutors & lecturers have nurtured me with valuable interactive, personal and professional skills; that too I am working on right now.
What I am contesting for in USPSA Election?
Contesting for the post of an Under-Graduate Representative in the School of Accounting, Finance, and Economics (SAFE), I'd like to keep this opportunity an equal portion of how I am able to express myself to you all while representing in the electoral role of an under-grad rep
Qualification and Experience
I am the current representative for undergraduate Rep for the School of Accounting, Finance, and Economics (SAFE). I have been a First-Year Experience Buddy for two years counting now. With my background prevailing my spirituality, I have also been a member of the USP Mandil Boys.
Why vote for me as the SAFE Rep?
Without making this read a broadly random one, I will like you to take a view of my inner-self; both personally and professionally.’ I will have the chance to represent my fellow colleagues at SAFE to bring out the changes that they deserve. In my vision of the role, I will ensure that every student’s voice streams through the channel of being represented at the University of the South Pacific Student Association (USPSA). Bringing out the true version of a leader does not start with words I will not refer to myself as a leader today, neither tomorrow. Because if I have to stand with my friends and colleagues I too will not be taking the stage to hear voices Rather locate in between the unheard voices And the unspoken minds
Why vote for Pasifiki Party?
Pasifiki is a new Party that exemplifies diversity in unity as the students are a mix of different cultures and there is also a balance of gender. This is a true representation of what USP is as a melting pot of diversity. Because of healthy diversity, decision-making and teamwork have a wider reach in terms of a collective mindset. I believe the team is the right group of people that can bring change and represent students well. In general, the party ensures diversity and brings all cultural groups together under one banner.
When and how to vote?
On the 7th of October 2021, students will cast their votes online through student emails. I humbly request you, students, to check their student emails from 9 am to 9 pm on 7th October.
The duty I aspire to take is not a rosy one I must say
