Position: Inventory Management & Asset Valuation Officer
Employment Type: Casual / Short-Term (2 Days Work)
Location: Pacific Harbour Corridor
We are seeking a competent, honest, and detail-oriented individual to assist with inventory management and business asset valuation for an operational business.
Key Duties
• Conduct physical inventory of business assets
• Verify, tag, and accurately record assets
• Assist with basic asset valuation and condition assessment
• Prepare inventory lists and summary reports
• Maintain confidentiality of business information at all times
Skills & Experience Required
• Experience in inventory, stock control, auditing, or asset management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of asset valuation or accounting principles (preferred)
• Competent in Excel / spreadsheets or manual asset registers
• Trustworthy, reliable, and professional
Preferred Background (Advantage)
• Accounting, auditing, logistics, warehouse, or administration experience
• Previous asset register or stocktake work
• Business-related background or qualifications (an advantage)
Duration & Pay
• Short-term: 2 days work (Minimum)
• Casual hourly rate from FJD $5.00 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience
• FNPF compliant
• Fortnightly Payment via bank transfer in line with payroll processing

If no current Police Clearance is available:

• 2 character references from recognised religious or community leaders
