Shareholder Visitation to Tikina Rewa & Vutia – Bringing Our Services Closer to You 🤝🌊

Yesterday our team visited the Tikina of Rewa and Vutia meeting with shareholders and Turaga ni Koro across several villages as part of our ongoing commitment to ensure everyone stays connected and informed. To reach Muana i Cake from Lomanikoro, our team covered 10.75km on foot making our way through Lomanikoro, Nadoi, Vunuku, Narocivo and finally Muana i Cake. 🏡🚶‍♀️💼
This effort allowed us to reach those who may not be able to travel to the office, as well as those who may have forgotten about shares that continue to actively collect dividend payouts.

🌟 Project Update: Ro Lalabalavu House Chiller Upgrade 🌟

We are excited to announce a significant milestone for the Chiller Upgrade Project at Ro Lalabalavu House!

Following the successful contract ex*****on, we have officially appointed Edison Engineers as the Services Engineer for this vital infrastructure upgrade. Their expertise will be crucial in modernizing our systems.

What's Next? We are now moving into the next key phase: securing a specialist contractor who will execute the upgrade work. We will soon advertise a tender calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) and look forward to partnering with a qualified company for this project.

This project underscores our commitment to maintaining a modern, efficient, and sustainable environment at Ro Lalabalavu House. Stay tuned for more updates as the project progresses!

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROVISION OF ENGINEERING SERVICES
TENDER NO: RPHCL/01/2025

Rewa Provincial Holdings Company Limited (RPHCL) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced Services Engineers for the replacement of the chiller system at Ro Lalabalavu House, Suva.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The successful Services Engineer will be responsible for:
• Developing a comprehensive Scope of Work (SOW), including detailed specifications for the new chiller system (energy efficiency, capacity requirements, and integration with existing infrastructure).
• Assisting RPHCL in the procurement and tendering process.
• Supervising installation and commissioning, ensuring compliance with specifications and best practices, including full testing and performance verification.

2. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

EOI submissions must include:
• A brief company profile with details of relevant projects in the past five years, particularly HVAC or chiller replacements.
• CV of the proposed Services Engineer, highlighting qualifications, experience, and professional affiliations.
• Evidence of valid professional indemnity insurance.
• A brief outline of the proposed approach.

3. TENDER PROCESS

Submissions will be evaluated on qualifications, experience, and proposed approach. Shortlisted applicants may be invited for an interview or to provide a detailed technical and financial proposal.
