The Nice English Library is a non profit library, run by volunteers in Nice city center 🇬🇧

Located in Nice city center, within 5 minutes walk from the Nice Ville train station, and Massena tramway stop, just behind the Palais de la Mediterranee
Entrance through the Holy Trinity gate on rue de la Buffa (opposite the garden); if gate locked, please call

Au centre de Nice, a 5' a pied de la gare SNCF Nice Ville et de l'arret Massena du tramway. Juste derriere le Palais de la Mediterranee;

A weekend closure for the Library 🇬🇧 🇺🇸

On the 14th and 15th of August the Library will exceptionally be closed
on Friday (14) there is a limited transport strike planned for Nice
Saturday (15) is a public holiday in France 🇫🇷

We had a vivacious and fascinating presentation, enjoyed by all from Wanjiku Kamau who spoke about her book and personal IA story

On Friday, the 19th of June at 15.30 author Wanjiku Kamau, a former Intel and Google executive will present her book: Out of the Loop, Into the Algorithm: How I Finally Made Friends With AI.

> Wanjiku will share a short reading and talk about what she's learned, then take your questions. Have something you've always wondered about AI? Send your question our way and she'll work it into the conversation.

> Followed by a drink offered by the library.

Our book sale was less successful as usual, but we saw old friends and new people interested in our library 📖

The English Library of Nice is holding an open-air used book sale in front of Holy Trinity Nice, rue de la Buffa on Saturday, the 25th of April,from 9 -3pm. Hundreds of used paperbacks for sale at 1E /book.

The Library is a non-profit association of volunteers, receiving no subsidy or grants; the bi-annual book-sale finances our telephone/internet account.
