ผู้ช่วยผู้บัญชาการทหารเรือเยือนกรุงปารีส ตรวจติดตามการปฏิบัติงานสำนักงานผู้ช่วยทูตฝ่ายเรือไทย และหารือเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงปารีส เพื่อส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ไทย–ฝรั่งเศส

ระหว่างวันที่ ๒๙ กรกฎาคม – ๖ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๙ นาวาเอก ไกรวุฒิ ภมรบุตร ผู้ช่วยทูตฝ่ายเรือไทย ณ กรุงปารีส พร้อมด้วยข้าราชการและลูกจ้างประจำสำนักงานผู้ช่วยทูตฝ่ายเรือไทย ณ กรุงปารีส ให้การต้อนรับและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ พลเรือเอก นเรศ วงศ์ตระกูล ผู้ช่วยผู้บัญชาการทหารเรือ ภริยา และคณะ ในโอกาสเดินทางเยือนสาธารณรัฐฝรั่งเศส เพื่อตรวจ ติดตาม และประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของสำนักงานผู้ช่วยทูตฝ่ายเรือไทย ณ กรุงปารีส ประจำปี ๒๕๖๙ ตลอดจนรับทราบผลการดำเนินงาน ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อขัดข้องในการปฏิบัติราชการ เพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาแนวทางในการสนับสนุนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานในต่างประเทศต่อไป
ในโอกาสเดียวกัน เมื่อวันที่ ๕ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๙ นาวาเอก ไกรวุฒิ ภมรบุตร ผู้ช่วยทูตฝ่ายเรือไทย ณ กรุงปารีส พร้อมด้วยภริยา ได้นำ พลเรือเอก นเรศ วงศ์ตระกูล ผู้ช่วยผู้บัญชาการทหารเรือ ภริยา และคณะ เข้าเยี่ยมคำนับ นายนิกรเดช พลางกูร เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงปารีส ณ ทำเนียบเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงปารีส โดยมีภริยาเอกอัครราชทูต พร้อมด้วยข้าราชการระดับสูงประจำสถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงปารีส ให้การต้อนรับ
ระหว่างการเข้าเยี่ยมคำนับ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือข้อราชการและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์และพัฒนาการที่สำคัญของสาธารณรัฐฝรั่งเศส ทั้งในมิติด้านการเมือง เศรษฐกิจ การต่างประเทศ และความมั่นคง ตลอดจนแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเกี่ยวกับพัฒนาการของความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างราชอาณาจักรไทยกับสาธารณรัฐฝรั่งเศส และแนวทางในการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างสองประเทศให้มีความใกล้ชิดและเป็นรูปธรรมยิ่งขึ้น โดยเฉพาะในมิติด้านความมั่นคงและความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ภายหลังการหารือ นายนิกรเดช พลางกูร เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงปารีส และภริยา ได้ให้เกียรติเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดเลี้ยงรับรองแก่ผู้ช่วยผู้บัญชาการทหารเรือ ภริยา และคณะ ท่ามกลางบรรยากาศที่อบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง อันสะท้อนถึงความร่วมมือและการประสานงานอย่างใกล้ชิดระหว่างสถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงปารีส กับสำนักงานผู้ช่วยทูตฝ่ายเรือไทย ณ กรุงปารีส ในการสนับสนุนภารกิจของกองทัพเรือและส่งเสริมผลประโยชน์ของประเทศไทยในสาธารณรัฐฝรั่งเศส
Assistant Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Navy Visits Paris to Review the Naval Attaché Office’s Operations and Discuss Thailand–France Relations with the Thai Ambassador
From 29 July to 6 August 2026, Captain Krivut Phamorabutra, Royal Thai Naval Attaché in Paris, together with the officers and staff of the Office of the Royal Thai Naval Attaché in Paris, welcomed and facilitated the visit of Admiral Nares Wongtrakul, Assistant Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Navy, accompanied by his spouse and delegation, during their official visit to the French Republic.
The visit was conducted as part of the Royal Thai Navy’s annual inspection, monitoring, and evaluation of the operations of the Office of the Royal Thai Naval Attaché in Paris for Fiscal Year 2026. The delegation was briefed on the Office’s activities and operational performance, as well as challenges, constraints, and issues encountered in the ex*****on of its duties, with a view to identifying appropriate measures to further support and enhance the effectiveness of the Royal Thai Navy’s overseas missions.
On 5 August 2026, Captain Krivut Phamorabutra and his spouse accompanied Admiral Nares Wongtrakul, his spouse, and the delegation on a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Nikorndej Balankura, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the French Republic, at the Ambassador’s Residence in Paris. The delegation was warmly received by the Ambassador and his spouse, together with senior officials of the Royal Thai Embassy in Paris.
During the meeting, the Ambassador and the Assistant Commander-in-Chief exchanged views on key developments in France, including political, economic, foreign policy, and security matters. They also discussed recent developments in Thailand–France relations and explored opportunities to further strengthen bilateral cooperation and engagement between the two countries, particularly in the areas of security and cooperation among relevant agencies.
Following the meeting, H.E. Ambassador Nikorndej Balankura and his spouse graciously hosted a reception in honour of Admiral Nares Wongtrakul, his spouse, and the delegation.
The occasion reflected the close coordination and constructive cooperation between the Royal Thai Embassy in Paris and the Office of the Royal Thai Naval Attaché, as well as their shared commitment to supporting the missions of the Royal Thai Navy and advancing Thailand’s interests and bilateral relations with the French Republic.
