Inauguration yesterday morning of the project at Takeda Oncology in Belgium in !

Symbol of 💪 and sustainable partnerships between 🇯🇵 and , this EUR 118 million investment has already created a new 6000 m² biotech production unit building, including cutting-edge digital technologies ( augmented reality glasses for remote interventions) and sustainable ( , , recycling, waste sorting).

🧫🧪🔬 With this new facility building, will be able to purify, fill and stock a human plasma protein, -antitrypsin, which is essential to protect the lung alveoli of people suffering from pulmonary emphysema, a rare disease.

Realized with the support of the (Wallonia), this investment has already created more than 100 jobs (in addition to the 1200 already existing) in fields as varied as production, maintenance, engineering, quality and logistics...
