Louis Vuitton Taps New K-pop Group RIIZE as House Ambassadors (신인 그룹 라이즈(RIIZE), 루이비통(Louis Vuitton)의 새 얼굴 되다)

Louis Vuitton continues to fuel the K-pop x luxury fashion crossover, as it just announced Korean boy band RIIZE as its newest House ambassadors.

One of the newer groups to make their K-pop debut, RIIZE formed in September this year and already, have been dubbed pioneers of the genre of "Emotional Pop." In their new roles as LV ambassadors, which include Shotaro, Eunseok, Sungchan, Wonbin, Seunghan, Sohee and Anton, the group will embark on an "exciting collaborative journey," according to the house.

"Their comfortable and liberating fashion choices have already piqued interest in the fashion world, and they are eagerly anticipating future collaborations and adventures with Louis Vuitton," says the official release. The group will also be representing the label at key events like Fashion Week, alongside debuting its latest releases at public appearances.

Le 27 octobre, la plateforme de lecture française NEOVEL a présenté cinq web novels coréens! 📖

🥇 s'est hissé en tête des œuvres romantiques payantes un mois seulement après le lancement de la plateforme. Il a également décroché la troisième place dans l'ensemble des genres romantiques, incluant à la fois les contenus payants et gratuits.

NEOVEL a conclu un partenariat commercial avec la compagnie d'audio professionnelle SOUND ALLIANCE lors de l’événement K-Story & Comics in Europe, organisée par la KOCCA en juillet.

Lee Dong-wook says filming ‘Single in Seoul’ made him reflect on his past relationships (이동욱 주연 영화 개봉)

Single in Seoul is a romantic-comedy that stars Lee Dong-wook as Young-ho, a writer and influencer who has learned to be comfortable with doing everything alone after a series of bad relationship and heartbreaks.

Starring opposite Lee Dong-wook is Cobweb actress Im Soo-jung, who plays Hyeon-jin, the editor-in-chief of a publishing company. Unlike Young-ho, Hyeon-jin is a hopeless romantic who is working on a series of essays about singles in the city.

Single in Seoul will hit theatres in South Korea on November 29, and will be released theatrically in Singapore on December 7. The film’s availability in other countries has yet to be announced.
