We are having a new system of electronic prescription starting today .
To improve the service we provide to our patients, our practice is currently undertaking staff training and implementing a new clinical system.
During this period, appointment availability will be limited while our team completes training and adjusts to the new system.

Due to extraordinary demand and the overwhelming response we have received, we have reached capacity and are therefore closing our waiting list earlier than expected.

We're looking for a friendly, organised and calm GP Receptionist to join our amazing team.

🕒 27.5 hours per week
📅 Monday to Friday
⏰ Shifts worked between 7:45am and 6:30pm
💷 £12.71 per hour

No two days are ever the same! You'll be:
💙 Welcoming patients with a smile
📞 Answering calls and helping patients access the right care
📅 Booking appointments
💻 Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks
🤝 Working as part of a supportive and hardworking team

We're looking for someone who:
✨ Loves helping people
✨ Stays calm when things get busy
✨ Has great communication skills
✨ Enjoys working as part of a team
✨ Is confident using computers (full training on our systems will be provided)

Healthcare experience is a bonus, but it's your attitude, kindness and willingness to learn that matter most.

Unfortunately our clinical system (Emis) is currently experiencing a national outage, which is affecting us being able to access patient information and provide our usual service. There may be delays in appointments and some appointments will need to be cancelled.
