When following Grampian Housing Association’s social media pages you are asked to follow our House Rules, for a better experience for all users.
• Please be polite – we understand that it can be frustrating when things are not going to plan and you want to let
us know about it. We ask you to remember that is a real person reading and answering comments and messages trying to help
• Please keep any comments or discussions civil. Swearing, threats, abuse or offensive comments will not be tolerated - comments will be deleted and users blocked
• Please do not spam posts with repetitive comments. Comments should be relevant to the post they are appearing on, and comments may be deleted
• We’d ask you not to be personal – if you have a complaint against an individual or service please refer to the Comments, Complaints and Compliments page on our website:

• We will respond to comments and messages in a polite manner you’d expect if dealing with us face-to-face
