Yoga is for everybody and Every Body and suitable for all ages and abilities and beginners and more seasoned yogis

🗣️ Yn ein diwrnod agored ddydd Sadwrn, gofynnwyd i chi beth hoffech chi ei weld yn digwydd yn y Neuadd. Dyma rai o'r awgrymiadau a gawsom. Rydym yn agored i syniadau, felly os oes gennych unrhyw awgrymiadau eraill neu os oes digwyddiad / dosbarth / grŵp yr hoffech chi ei weld yn y Neuadd, rhowch wybod i ni yn y sylwadau neu tagiwch eu busnes 😊

🗣️ At our open day on Saturday we asked you what you'd like to see happening at the Neuadd. Here are some of the suggestions we received. We're open to ideas, so if you've got any other suggestions or if there is a event / class / group you'd like to see at the Neuadd, let us know in the comments or tag their business 😊
