The Parish Council have just received an updated poster & QR code for the new Local Plan consultation. Please see below.
As part of its response, the PC is keen to know the views of residents. A survey will be included in ABCA News in early August and a speedy response to this is needed.
We are exploring the possibility of a meeting with CWAC planning but it is unclear at present whether anyone from planning will be available to attend before the consultation period ends.
Individual residents can respond to the consultation in their own right and we would encourage as many residents as possible to do so.
The New Local Plan is based on areas of land put forward last year from the Call for Sites Consultation, which was aimed at gathering information/options, which will now be seeded out through the present consultation process.

“The Flood Warning has now been removed. However, a Flood Alert remains in force for the wider area, so flooding of roads and low lying land is still possible.

There may still be some areas where flood water is present until it can naturally drain away.

Continue to take care on waterside roads and footpaths and don't put yourself in unnecessary danger.

Don't put yourself or others at risk.
