The Community 7s season concludes tomorrow with our Finals Day in Aldershot.

Come down for a day of fast paced, highly skilled and fully committed unit level rugby.

Army Rugby Coaching Database

The Army Rugby Union is in the process of improving the support to its Coaches ahead of the new season. This will see a forecast of events published later this summer that is set to includes the following activity;

Annual Coaching Seminar
England Rugby Coaching Award (ERCA – Formally Level 2)
Pitch Side First Aid
RFU Accredited CPD
Non Accredited CPD utilising ARU links with the elite game

As part of this work and to be able to communicate job adverts and wider opportunities, the ARU is in the process of establishing a Coach Database.

It is aimed at all Coaches across the Army Rugby Union, seeking to better understand the cohort and the individual ambitions within it.

🏆 UNIT SEVENS: MIDLANDS LEG RESULTS! 🏆

The dust has settled on an incredible day of rugby at the Army Rugby Union Unit Sevens Midlands Leg in Wattishan. Huge congratulations to all the teams who left everything out on the pitch.

Despite losing to them in the round-robin phase, the triumphed 17-7 over 2nd Battalion in the Final, being crowned Midlands Champions.

A massive thank you to all the players, support staff, and supporters who made the trip and brought the energy. The standard of Sevens rugby on display today was absolutely top-tier!

Our regional Inter Unit 7s competitions take place in the Midlands and North tomorrow, with sides looking to take home some summer silverware.

For those that couldn't make it, we still have spaces at the Unit 7s Festival on 1st July in Aldershot - drop our Unit 7s POC (listed on the ARU website) an email if you want your unit to be part of it!

💥📢 PREMIERSHIP CUP CHAMPIONS - 17 P&M RLC MARCHWOOD DOLPHINS 🏆 📢💥

Under the lights in Aldershot, held off a powerful side to claim the top honour in unit rugby. Congratulations and well deserved after a tough, competitive season, whilst the Tigers must be applauded for their efforts and commitment, especially whilst being based in Cyprus.

Our thanks to all involved in the Premiership this season; from players, to coaches, referees and game facilitators, we couldn't make the Army's Game happen at the grassroots level without you.
