"I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THE STAFF FRIENDLY . HELPFUL AND PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH.
THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO LOOK AFTER MY SISTER AND MAKE SURE SHE IS COMFORTABLE.
THEY TOOK HER ON HOLIDAY TO SKIPSEA SANDS AND WENT THE EXTRA MILE

"The staff take my sister-in-law shopping and to the local cafe. They make sure that her allergies are managed to keep her well.
She always has plenty of snacks and drinks, and the staff take her to get these.
She has her own fridge to keep them in. The staff are good with her hygiene and always make sure she looks nice."
