It was great to come together for our Annual General Meeting, reflecting on another busy and successful year at Cunninghame Housing Association.

The meeting included highlights from the year, a financial overview, the auditors’ report and reappointment, as well as our annual prize raffle and garden competition awards. 🌿🏆

🏡 Introducing the Ayrshire Homes Alliance
Cunninghame Housing Association is delighted to be part of the newly named Ayrshire Homes Alliance bringing together five Ayrshire housing associations to strengthen collaboration and create better outcomes for tenants and communities across the region.

Alongside our partners Shire Housing Association Limited , Atrium Homes, Ayrshire Housing and Riverside Scotland , we will continue to share knowledge, develop joint initiatives and explore opportunities to work together across Ayrshire.
The new name better reflects who we are, where we work and our shared ambitions for the future.

Under the slogan “Working together to deliver better homes, quality services and stronger communities across Ayrshire,” the Alliance will provide a stronger collective voice for housing and help maximise the benefits of partnership working.

We’re proud to be part of this collaboration and look forward to seeing what we can achieve together.

A selected number of customers will receive a Pension Credit Review letter requesting information to confirm their entitlement.

If you receive a review letter:
✅ Provide the requested information by the deadline.
✅ Make sure the request is genuine and from the DWP.
✅ You may be asked to provide information such as bank statements.

If you are a CHA tenant, our Financial Wellbeing Officer, Leanne Morrison, can provide advice and assistance to help you understand what you need to do.

🏡 74 new affordable homes completed in Eastriggs

Cunninghame Housing Association has officially marked the completion of 74 new homes for social rent at Stanfield Farm, Eastriggs, following a £16.3 million investment in the local community.

The development provides a high-quality mix of two, three and four-bedroom general needs houses, 20 amenity bungalows and a specially designed wheelchair-accessible bungalow.

This brings the total number of new-build homes delivered by Cunninghame Housing Association across Dumfries and Galloway to 501.
