Discover the fascinating world of Iron Age herbal medicine in this engaging session exploring how plants, herbs and natural ingredients were used by the Celts in everyday life for traditional remedies, food and wellbeing.

Participants will learn about herbs and foods associated with Celtic times, with tea and a seasonal scone included in the admission price.

This event forms part of the council’s Positive Ageing month.

🐦‍⬛ The Druid of Many Faces

Step into a world of myth, mystery and transformation as Foinse presents The Druid of Many Faces at Navan Centre & Fort, Armagh.
Join us on 27 October for an unforgettable live performance inspired by Ireland’s ancient stories and the enduring magic of the druid.

Navan Centre is also holding an evening celebration of the origins of Halloween - Samhain: The Beginning, taking place on the evening of 31st October.

☕Ancient Grounds Coffee Shop is currently operating with a reduced menu of tea/coffee, scones, traybakes and light bites.

Our delicious homemade scones are still firmly on the menu, with a selection of flavours available each day.

We are open Tuesdays-Sundays, 10:00am-4:00pm.

🔥 Saturday 31 October: Samhain: The Beginning — a magical evening of living history, storytelling, music, fire ceremony and ancient traditions.
