We think this is a Peregrine falcon. It took a pigeon down outside our kitchen window. It left it but a few minutes late...

We think this is a Peregrine falcon. It took a pigeon down outside our kitchen window. It left it but a few minutes later came back to it and carried it out of sight. It was a large bird and the colour definitely matched a Peregrine.

We will be open in the garden today (Monday) for produce sales 2-4. We will be selling Tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, aubergines, courgettes, runner beans, kale, broccoli and honeydew melons.

We are open today(Saturday) 2-5 in the Produce Shed. Selling tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, courgettes, aubergines, kale, broccoli, runner beans, Swiss chard (cut to order). We have now finished selling second early potatoes. We will all being well have main crop in due course. Fruit. Blackberries and freshly cut honeydew melon.

Lifting the pump out of the underground greenhouse tank this little fella had a ride into the daylight. Lives quite happily in the tank and has a floating bread tray to hop onto.

We will be open in the Produce Shed. 2-5 today ( Wednesday). Tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, aubergines, courgettes, potatoes (last of 2nd earlies, will be waiting on main crop). Runner beans, kale, broccoli. Fruit.- Victoria plums ,blackberries and for a limited time honeydew Gailia melons.
