⚽️ Playing Fields Temporarily Closed for Annual Renovation Works 🌱

We would like to advise residents, football teams and community groups that the playing fields will be **out of use for football training and matches for approximately 6–8 weeks** while essential annual renovation works are carried out.

These improvements are designed to enhance the quality, safety and long-term sustainability of the playing surface, ensuring the pitches remain in the best possible condition for the season ahead.

During this period, we kindly ask that **all groups, teams and individuals refrain from using the playing fields**. Restricting access is vital to allow the renovation works to take effect and give the pitches the best opportunity to recover and establish.

The improvement works are being funded by Kingsnorth Parish Council, with additional support from Park Farm Rangers FC through a grant from the Football Foundation.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation while these important works are completed and look forward to welcoming teams back onto improved playing surfaces later this summer.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

We are sorry to all of our customers across Kent that are experiencing ongoing water supply issues.

This is due to the extremely high demand we are seeing after the incredibly hot weather that we have been experiencing.

Our bottled water stations are now closed in the following locations:

💧 Challock Village Hall, Blind Lane, Challock, Ashford, TN25 4AU
💧 Kingsnorth School, Church Hill, Kingsnorth, TN23 3EF
💧 Altira Business Park, 6 The Boulevard, Herne Bay, CT6 6GZ
💧 Reeves Way Sainsburys, Chestfield, Whitstable, CT5 3QS

These will be open again from 9am tomorrow (Thursday 28 May).

We are asking our customers to use water sparingly during this time in order to allow the best chance for our reservoirs to recover their levels as soon as possible.
