It’s Learning Disability Week! 🎉

is an annual celebration of the lives and achievements of people with learning disabilities, while also raising awareness of the barriers many still face. This year’s theme, “Do you see me?”, is all about visibility, understanding and inclusion.

At Buckinghamshire Adult Learning, our ‘Learning for All’ programme supports adults with additional needs to build independence, confidence and work skills in a creative, supportive environment. To mark , we’re shining a spotlight on the vibrant and invaluable contribution our learners make to our centres and wider community. Thank you everyone. 🙏

We had such a fantastic day meeting so many of you and giving a flavour of what’s on offer – from Indian dance and Ceilidh, to acoustic guitar, watercolour painting, Spanish, ballet, tap and more.
