✨You may have seen our name has changed from Family Centres to Family Hubs ✨

Our Family Hubs bring together a wide range of support for families in one welcoming, trusted place. We offer activities and help from pregnancy through to the teenage years.
While each hub may look a little different, they all follow the same shared principles to make sure support is:
✅ Friendly
✅ Consistent
✅ Easy to access

Some of our sites will be Best Start Family Hubs. These provide extra support during pregnancy and early childhood. They focus on helping younger children be ready for school and to achieve a Good Level of Development.

You’ll still get the same warm welcome — with additional support for families who need it most.

The classes, delivered by Bucks Pro-Mai, have been designed to empower women with the understanding of how to pre-empt any potential situations through pre-defence and to learn the skills of how to defend themselves if a situation does arise.

Please note that 12- 15-year-olds must attend with a participating female parent/carer on the day.
