Our Foster Carers’ Conference was a big success - what a fantastic way to kick off Foster Care Fortnight!

We were delighted to welcome Dr Karen Treisman MBE as our keynote speaker who treated us to presentations and activities exploring relational repair, therapeutic techniques, and trauma-informed approaches to building trust and looking after wellbeing; as well as the opportunity for our fostering community to catch up, connect and celebrate.

It was such an inspiring day, recognising the incredible role our fostering community plays in building the futures of children and young people in Buckinghamshire.
