Join us for the joyful theme of "Art You Can Wear," where we'll get creative by customising clothing and accessories and making beautiful bracelets together.🎨

Everyone is welcome, no skill level required! ⭐

We provide art supplies for those wanting to explore their creativity, or you can simply relax and enjoy some mindful colouring.

This World Mental Health Day, let’s join together to talk, listen, and support mental health.

World Mental Health Day is on 10th October each year. It reminds us to care for our mental health and the mental health of our communities.

The 2026 theme is “Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change” (World Federation for Mental Health). This theme encourages us to share the stories of people who have faced mental health challenges.

At Space (Aylesbury), we aim to improve our community by providing vital support. We want to empower individuals by creating an open environment that helps everyone.

We specifically support those struggling with loneliness, isolation, anxiety, depression, grief, unemployment, and mental health challenges.

Each week, our program offers a range of engaging group activities designed to build community and connection. We also provide affordable counselling services to make sure everyone can access the help they need.

We are excited to share that Active in the Community Buckinghamshire Move Together Buckinghamshire will be joining our Friday morning Drop-In session!

Move Together Buckinghamshire is a free program designed to help residents aged 50 and older who are living with a long-term health condition become more active.

Whether you're just getting started, returning to physical activity, or looking to build your confidence, their team will support you every step of the way.

Once you join the program, they will listen to your goals and help you create a personalised plan that suits your needs, including identifying local activities that fit your lifestyle. You'll receive ongoing support and encouragement to help you build confidence and stay motivated.

We are thrilled to announce that Be Healthy Bucks will be joining our Tuesday morning Drop-In session!

Be Healthy Bucks, a service provided by Buckinghamshire Council and the NHS, offers free health and wellbeing support to help you make simple changes that can lead to a healthier life.

They provide NHS Health Check appointments that last about 30 minutes. These checks are quick, easy, and convenient—think of them as a mini-MOT for your body. During the appointment, you can identify early signs of potential health issues and receive personalised advice from one of our expert health coaches.
