We are excited to host a talk on Scam Awareness, presented by the Trading Standards Scam Champion, on Tuesday, 23rd June.

Fraudsters do not discriminate; they target anyone. No one is immune to fraud. The criminals behind these schemes often reach out to people both online and at home, using emotional manipulation to steal money or personal information from their victims.

However, there are steps we can take to protect ourselves. By staying vigilant and taking a moment to stop, think, and check whenever we are approached, we can help safeguard ourselves and each other from fraud.

Date: Tuesday, 23rd June

This year, Mental Health Awareness Week is encouraging everyone to take action to support good mental health. Even small actions can help us feel hopeful and less powerless. While individual actions are important, we can be even more powerful when we come together.

Here are a few simple actions that may lift your mood and improve your ability to cope with life. Try a couple and see which ones work best for you.

**Make Plans to Look Forward To**

Creating plans for enjoyable activities can enhance our sense of hope, a vital factor in our mental health. At Space (Aylesbury), we offer a variety of groups throughout the week where you can connect with others and build friendships in your community.

**Get Creative**

Engaging in creative activities is an excellent way to relieve stress and anxiety. Our Art Groups meet on Mondays and Wednesdays for Wellbeing Arts and Crafts.

**Try Mindfulness**

Being fully aware in the present moment can positively change how you feel about life and how you approach it. Our Mindfulness Group meets every Friday, and we also offer a Wellbeing Programme that takes place on the second Thursday of every month.
