Long Crendon Library Long Crendon Community Library We are open 2-5pm Tuesdays, 10-1 Wednesdays and 10am-1pm on Saturdays. Local, friendly and helpful.

Situated in the heart of Long Crendon, on the historic High Street, next to the Village Centre. A wide range of books available for children, young adults and adults. Come and see us today, and experience a new author at no cost.

🔄 Our library system update is taking longer than expected, but we are almost ready to complete it. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get back online together with other library authorities in the SELMS consortium.

⚠ We will begin restoring services once the update is complete, but please note that this may take a while while we make sure everything is working correctly.

✅ Buckinghamshire libraries are open during the update, and you can still use services like borrowing and returning items with your library card, joining the library, printing/copying/scanning and using computers and free Wi-Fi.

⚠ Please remember to bring your library card with you when visiting us from Sunday 30 June to Monday 8 July. While we make updates to our system, we will not be able to access your account.

During this time:

✅ You can still borrow new items directly in the library, use our free eLibrary, and use our computers and Wi-Fi in the library.

❌ Searching the online library catalogue or reserving items, using Spydus Mobile app, getting library notices (e.g. overdue items or PIN reset), calling the automated renewal line or paying fees in our self-service kiosks are not possible.
