We’re Hiring | Emerging Talent Centre Coach (U13–U16 Girls) 🙌

Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of female footballers in Kent? ⚽

This is your chance to play a pivotal role in nurturing and developing young talent at a crucial stage of their journey.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Emerging Talent Centre Coach to help create an environment where players aged 13–16 can grow, challenge themselves and reach their full potential. You’ll deliver high-quality sessions, support a structured 30-week programme, and work alongside a dedicated coaching team to shape confident, skilled footballers.

This is more than coaching, it’s about making a lasting impact on the future of the women’s game.

With over 62,000 players across Kent, heart health has never been more important, and now, thanks to our new Healthy Hearts FC programme it’s never been easier to take action.

We’re bringing expert ECG screenings to:
📍 Three Hills Sports Park, Folkestone – Sat 6 June
⏰ 9am–1pm

In partnership with KIMS Hospitals, these screenings are heavily subsidised and open to players, officials & volunteers (Age 8+ with FAN number).

Celebrating A Season of Success With GoCardless🏆⚽️

The 2025–26 season has marked a fantastic year of partnership between Kent FA and GoCardless, proud sponsors of the Adult Kent County Cup competitions and what a season it’s been!

During this year’s County Cup programme, we’ve seen:
✅ 698 teams competing across 13 competitions (up 24 on last season)
✅ 26 finalists battling it out for silverware
✅ Over 5,700 spectators backing their local teams at the finals

Celebrating 5 Years of Partnership with The Merit Group 🏆

As we reflect on the 2025–26 season, we’d like to thank The Merit Group for five fantastic years of partnership supporting youth County Cup competitions across Kent.

Thanks to their continued support, we have been able to grow and elevate our youth competitions, creating more exciting, inclusive and memorable experiences for players, coaches and clubs across the county.

This season alone:
⚽ 606 teams entered the Merit Youth Cups - 78 more than last season
🏟️ 2,823 supporters attended our youth finals - an increase of 319 from 2024-25
