• Pension Credit — Guarantee Credit

• Pension Credit — Savings Credit (added in ECO4) 

• Working Tax Credit (WTC) 

• Child Tax Credit (CTC)

• Universal Credit (UC)

LA FLEX QUALIFYING CRITERIA

Route 1 - £31,000 or below

Route 3- NHS REFERRAL

1. Cardiovascular conditions
These include heart-related illnesses such as heart disease, angina, high blood pressure, history of heart attack, heart failure, or other circulatory problems. 
2. Respiratory diseases
Conditions like asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchitis, emphysema, fibrosis, and other chronic lung or airway problems. 
3. Limited mobility
Conditions that reduce your ability to move or generate body heat effectively. This can include arthritis, neurological disorders (e.g. Parkinson’s, MS), musculoskeletal disabilities, hip/knee problems, wheelchair use, or other impairments affecting mobility. 
4. Immunosuppression / weakened immune systems
Diseases or treatments that weaken your immune system, such as autoimmune conditions, cancer treatments (chemotherapy, radiotherapy), HIV, long-term steroid use, or other conditions that make you more vulnerable to cold / infections.
