These two images illustrate alternative stone finishes: A limestone dark grey stone option and a warmer sandstone-coloured option.

A look at our latest design recently submitted for planning approval — a new dwelling set within a farm setting.

The design is carefully orientated to make the most of its rural context, framing views across the open countryside while maximising solar gain to the main living spaces. The result is a home shaped by its setting, with light, outlook and connection to the landscape at the heart of the design.

With autumn almost upon us, the seasonal setting captured in the 3D imagery adds another layer to the proposal, reflecting how the architecture responds to the changing character of the surrounding landscape

Something a little different for today.
We don’t just work on housing and commercial projects. We were delighted to be given the opportunity to develop a design for The Lady of Lourdes Grotto at Greenlough Parish in Clady.
The work is now nearing completion on site, and the feedback so far has been incredibly positive.
A huge congratulations and thank you to everyone involved in bringing this project from an initial idea through to reality — starting with the Ladies of the Grotto Committee, who brought the idea to our design team, through to the material suppliers, the people of the parish for their kind donations, and, of course, the highly skilled tradesmen who have given their time, expertise and craftsmanship to bring the plans to life.
Projects like this are a real team effort, and it has been fantastic to see the vision come together on site.

These renders showcase our latest design proposal, recently submitted for Planning Approval. The site's topography provided the ideal opportunity for a full split-level dwelling, with the principal living spaces located on the upper level. This approach maximises the outstanding views to both the front and rear of the property while enhancing natural light and the relationship between the home and its setting.

This new dwelling was recently submitted to Planning Service, and we’ve now received these brilliant 3D visuals from DMC Visuals.

The renders give our clients a realistic insight into how the finished home could look and feel before construction even begins.

We’ve explored three external finishes:
• Sandstone cladding
• Basalt grey cladding
• Clean white render

Each option creates a different character and aesthetic for the dwelling.
