Are you passionate about helping people build confidence, gain new skills, and move towards meaningful employment?

We're looking for an Employability Training Officer (Maternity Cover) to join our team based at our Ballymena Office.

In this rewarding role, you'll support economically inactive individuals, including people with disabilities, neurodiversity, autism, and mental health conditions, by delivering vocational training and helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to secure sustainable employment.

📍 Based in: Ballymena Office
🕒 30 hours per week
📅 Fixed-term until 31 March 2027
💷 Band 4 Level 1–4 (£29,780–£31,660 pro rata)

Before attending our Accelerate Into Employment Academy in September 2025, Courtney faced the challenge of several unsuccessful interviews with employers who weren’t ready to give her the opportunity she deserved.
