Another day of family fun and connection at our 4th family picnic of the summer so far! We've loved these opportunities to give families time and space together! Our Bedworth families enjoyed fun, games, laughter and special time together making memories. ❤
Thanks to the families who joined us, we had a lovely time chatting and playing games with you all.

What a beautiful day we had today! Our heartfelt thanks to Bowls England for inviting our Young Carers and their families to The National Bowls Championship today. The brilliant team looked after us so well and gave Young Carers a fab taster session. Who knew bowls could be so much fun!
Our families had a wonderful time together. Thank you. 🙏

A trip to the Zoo? Don't mind if we do!
Young Carers had a fantastic day at Twycross Zoo today and bonus, it didn't rain! 🙌
The water park was definitely popular and we're all agreed the Capybaras were our favourite animals. 🦛
Such a fantastic day having fun and taking some vital time to relax and unwind.

There were good vibes all day today for our Adventure Golfers! 🏌‍♀️Our thanks once again to Stonebridge Adventure Golf You do look after us so well!
There was even time for a bit of a run around and some tree climbing. 🌳 This is respite and we're so glad to help provide it for our Young Carers!
Thanks also go to volunteers Kiran and Claire. Your support makes this stuff possible! 🙏

What a wonderful day we had today! Thanks so much to Cotswold Falconry Centre for the warm welcome and the amazing private audience with Hannah the Owl. 🦉 It was so special for the young carers to get an up close encounter with such a beautiful bird!
We followed this with a brilliant session seeing lots of amazing birds of prey. 🦅
We finished with a lovely picnic before heading home. Amazing day and the best way to relax and enjoy some well deserved carefree time!

Thanks to our friends, the fab rangers at Ryton Pools Country Park young carers had the best day building dens, making smores, climbing, swinging and having fun. The chance to be active, coupled with the sense of wellness that comes from being in nature gives young carers meaningful respite and a true chance to escape their worries for a while.
Of course we finished the day with ice creams all round! 🍦😋

Another day of summer fun in the sun! This time it was the turn of our Bedworth Young Carers who got pretty competitive on the Adventure Golf course! ⛳ After building up a big appetite we enjoyed a lovely lunch in the clubhouse.
Thanks to Stonebridge Adventure Golf for looking after us so well and helping our Young Carers to enjoy some vital respite. We couldn't do any of this without our amazing volunteers, so thanks to Chris and Andy for your support!

Golf, but with Frisbees. Don't mind if we do! Our Warwick District Young Carers had a brilliant time at Quarry Park Disc Golf yesterday. After a fun round of Disc Golf we enjoyed a picnic in the sun in the beautiful grounds. A fabulous opportunity for some really important respite and a chance to connect with others. We had so much fun!
