This week weβre focusing on developing strong backstroke technique.

Practise long, straight legs with small, steady kicks.

Stretch those arms nice and long.

Remember to enter the water little finger first, slicing smoothly through the water.
A great way to practise at home is to sit on a chair and work on straight-leg kicks while reaching your arms overhead.
