What the Role Involves:

❤️‍🩹 Delivering Specialist Care: Providing Healthcare at Home care to our clients out in the community.

👨🏻‍🏫 Peer Support & Mentorship: Supporting, mentoring, and guiding fellow Care Professionals in the field.

🖥️ Office Collaboration: Working alongside the office care team to assist with coordination, administration, and team support.

📆 Contract: Full-time, permanent guaranteed hours

🕒 Schedule: 5-day week, 9-hour availability
