We were really pleased to welcome partners and stakeholders to Taw Wharf in Barnstaple yesterday, to mark the handover of the final affordable homes.

This is an exciting milestone, completing the delivery of 37 new affordable homes on the site. It was a great chance to come together ahead of customers receiving their keys and reflect on how far the development has come.

As our Chief Executive, Martyn Gimber, shared on the day, moments like this are what it’s all about – seeing brand new homes ready to become the starting point for new lives and opportunities.

A big thank you to Taylor Lewis , Pearce Homes, Woodward Smith Architects and Homes England for helping make this happen.

We’re looking forward to welcoming customers into their new homes very soon 💛
