Join us at NL Active Baysgarth next Friday 11 September, 10am–12pm for our free Cardiovascular Health Awareness pop up event.

You can get:
🩺 A free blood pressure check
🔍 A free InBody scan

Who can attend?
🫀 Anyone aged 40+ who hasn’t been diagnosed with hypertension
🫀 Anyone under 40 with a family history of hypertension

Want to book?

Looking for a fun and active way to start your week? Our Pickleball Club is running every Monday from 10am–12pm!

Whether you're picking up a paddle for the first time or you're already a seasoned player, all ages and abilities are welcome.

💷 Members: Free
💷 Non-members: £3.85 per session

Spaces are limited to 10 players per session, so book your spot and come along for some friendly competition, exercise and plenty of fun!

📅 Thursdays | 8–9am

Good Boost is a gentle, water based exercise programme designed to help people living with joint and musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions stay active and move at their own pace.

From first time riders finding their confidence to speedy youngsters zooming around the course, it was fantastic to see so many children enjoying cycling.
