Every Second Counts. Could You Save a Life? ❤️

A cardiac arrest can happen anywhere, at any time. Would you know what to do?
Restart a Heart day takes place on 16 October, encouraging people across the UK to learn CPR and become more confident using a defibrillator.

The numbers are stark, fewer than 1 in 10 people survive an out of hospital cardiac arrest in the UK. Every minuet without CPR and defibrillation can reduce the chance of survival by 10%.

One simple thing you can do today is find out where your nearest defibrillator in our centre is:
📍 External front wall, to the right of the reception entrance
🚨 To access external defibrillators, call 999 and they’ll provide the code to unlock the box

Find out more defibrillator locations here 👇
https://www.defibfinder.uk/

You don’t need to be a medical professional to help. Learn CPR, call 999 and follow the emergency call handlers instructions.

Swimming Isn’t Just a Lesson. It’s a Skill For Life! 🏊

A weekly swimming lesson is a great start but having the chance to practise outside of lessons can make a real difference too.
That’s where SwimLincs comes in.

For just £29 per month, your child gets:

🔹 Unlimited casual swimming across all NL Active pools, giving them extra opportunities to practise their skills and enjoy being in the water.

Looking for non-swimmer lessons? We have spaces available, call 01724 291900 or sign up online here👇
