We’ve officially handed over another high-spec fire protection contract in London, delivering a multi-stage system to protect both tenant and landlord spaces.

The numbers behind the build:

• 8,091 total sprinkler heads

• 19 floors of landlord protection

• 13 floors of tenant protection

• 9 future retail mains blanked off & ready for fit-out (V-2, V-1, Ground)

We've officially completed our work on the Holborn Viaduct commercial development in London, a flagship £3 million fire protection contract spanning two basement levels and twelve floors above.

It took a site team of over 20 people and months of careful coordination to bring it across the finish line, fully tested, commissioned and handed over.
