A memorial service will be held on 22nd April at 7:00 PM at the Peterborough Cathedral. Ian, Ann’s son, warmly invites all who knew and loved her to join us as we gather to honour her life, share memories, and celebrate the love she brought to those around her.

Last week, our RJ Care team completed Oliver McGowan Tier 2 training.

It was a really valuable session where all staff took part, shared experiences, and learned new knowledge to improve the way we support individuals. The training helped us better understand how to provide safe, respectful, and person-centred care.

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Ann Ratcliffe, who left us yesterday.

Ann was a warm and much-loved part of our Deaf community. Her kindness, encouragement, and positivity touched so many people over the years. She was also a wonderful supporter of RJ Social Club, always cheering us on and encouraging the club to grow as a place where people could connect and support one another.

We are deeply saddened by her loss and will remember her warmth, generosity, and the positive spirit she brought to our community.

Our thoughts are with Ann’s family and friends at this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Ann. You will be greatly missed. 🤍
