National Development Team for Inclusion - NDTi We inspire and support policymakers, services and communities to make change happen - change that leads to better lives.

The National Development Team for Inclusion is a not-for-profit organisation which promotes inclusion and equality for people who are at risk of exclusion from any part of society - and who may need support to lead a full life. The National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi) is a not for profit organisation working to enable people at risk of exclusion, due to age or disability, to live the life they choose.

Many organisations want to move beyond traditional, building-based day services. But in reality, it often looks like this:
• Try something new
• Hit challenges
• Slip back to what feels safe

This “cycle of fragile progress” is something we’re seeing across the sector.

With commissioning shifting towards outcomes, employment and independence, the need for sustainable change has never been greater.

Days to Communities is designed to help organisations make that shift in a practical, realistic way.
