It’s Volunteers Week and we’d like to give a huge vote of thanks to all of our wonderful volunteers who keep the library open for everyone to use!

Our team of volunteers staff the library, decorate it, run craft and reading sessions for kids, and raise funds via our stall at Bear Flat market and marshalling at Relish Running events.

We’re currently looking for a volunteer to help with our social media, especially regular posts on Instagram, so please get in touch if you would like to help.

📚 We’ll be making snazzy bookmarks, chatting about our latest reads, and I’ll be handing out more bespoke book prescriptions!

📚 Got a reluctant reader at home? Drop in (even briefly) for a consultation. I specialise in prescribing just the right reading remedy (with perfectly measured dosage)!
