We need your help!🥁
This year’s Summer Reading Challenge theme is ‘Read to the Beat’, and we have something very musical planned for our young readers (details coming soon! 🎶
To make it happen, we need to collect as many of these plastic treat tubs as possible to turn into DIY bongos!
If you regularly enjoy these snacks, please wash your empty tubs and drop them off at the library. Every pot helps us build our library orchestra!

Did you know your library is about more than just books? It’s also about community 💙
Following the success of our previous coffee mornings, we’re making them a regular event!

Join us on the first Friday of every month, starting from next Friday 1st May.
We’ll be here from 10:30 am until noon with the kettle on. Hope to see you there ☕️

We’re always learning how to better support our community 💙

Our wonderful volunteer team recently took part in Dementia Friendly training with Dementia Forward, helping us to better understand how to support and look out for people living with dementia.

Creating a welcoming, inclusive space is at the heart of what we do, and this training is just one of the ways we’re working to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported when they visit the library.

A big thank you to Dementia Forward for such an insightful session!
