For a long time, I thought I had to choose. 🧠✨ In the professional world, we are often told to fit into a single box. As a CBT-trained Life Coach, I tried to focus only on the logical mind. But deep down, I knew something was missing. Years ago, back in Argentina, I had a thriving practice. Why? Because I didn’t just look at the mind; I looked at the soul. As a Reiki Master, I understood that deep emotional trauma, grief, and anxiety don’t just live in our thoughts—they get trapped in our bodies and our energy. Having overcome extreme mental health crises myself, I know that logic alone isn’t enough when you’ve hit rock bottom. You need a bridge between Science and Spirit. Now based in England, I am bringing my integrative approach to help you heal completely. No boxes, no limitations. Just a safe space combining CBT and Energy Healing to help you reclaim your peace and power. 🗓️ I am opening 5 slots this week for a FREE 15-minute Clarity Call. Let’s map out your journey back to balance. 📥 DM me the word “HEAL” or click the link in my bio to secure your spot. ❤️

Burnout doesn’t happen all at once.

It often builds up quietly, little by little, until one day you realise you’re running on empty.

That’s why it’s so important to recognise the early signs—not only in yourself, but also in the people around you.

Burnout can affect you physically, emotionally and mentally. The sooner you notice it, the sooner you can take steps to protect your wellbeing.

Remember, asking for support isn’t a sign of weakness. If work is leaving you feeling constantly overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted, speak to someone you trust or seek professional advice.

You deserve a life where work doesn’t come at the expense of your health. 🤍 ❤️

How much longer are you going to wait?

Not because you’re weak.

Not because you’re failing.

But because you’ve spent so long hoping things will somehow get better on their own.

You’ve kept going.
You’ve put everyone else first.
You’ve convinced yourself that tomorrow will feel different.

But deep down…

You know you’re exhausted.

You know you’re not living the life you want.

And maybe that’s why you’re here.
🤍 Change doesn’t begin when everything falls apart.

It begins the moment you decide you deserve something different.

If you’re ready to stop surviving and start finding your way back to yourself, I’m here to support you.

📥 Send me a DM with the word “READY” if you’d like to chat. ❤️

School holidays can be lovely—but having the children at home all day can also feel exhausting.

You may love spending time with them and still need a moment to yourself.

A few quiet minutes to meditate, go for a walk, practise mindful breathing, listen to music or simply sit without being needed can make a real difference.

Setting a gentle boundary doesn’t mean you’re rejecting your children.

It means you’re giving yourself space to reset, so you can come back feeling calmer, more present and more able to enjoy your time together.

You do not have to run on empty to be a good parent.

Looking after yourself is part of looking after them too. 💛

What helps you recharge during the school holidays? Tell me in the comments. ❤️

Panic attacks can make you feel like you’re losing control.

Your heart races.
Your breathing changes.
Your mind tells you something terrible is about to happen.

In those moments, your brain is trying to protect you—even though you’re not actually in danger.

✨ One technique that many people find helpful is to pause, gently close your eyes (if it’s safe to do so), take a few slow breaths, and imagine yourself somewhere that feels calm.

Then remind yourself:

🤍 I’m okay.
🤍 Nothing is going to happen.
🤍 I’m safe.
🤍 There is no danger around me.
🤍 I can get through this.

These simple words can help interrupt the cycle of fear and bring your attention back to the present.

Everyone experiences panic differently, so what helps one person may not help another. If panic attacks are becoming frequent or affecting your daily life, reaching out for professional support can make a real difference.

“I’m having a heart attack.”

Those are the exact words many people say during their first panic attack.

The chest pain.
The racing heart.
Shortness of breath.
Dizziness.
Sweating.
The overwhelming fear that something terrible is about to happen.

It’s no wonder so many people end up in A&E believing they’re having a cardiac emergency.

Panic attacks can feel frighteningly real.

In this video, I explain why panic attacks are often mistaken for heart attacks, the symptoms they have in common, and a simple technique that may help you feel calmer if you’re experiencing one.

🤍 If you’ve ever been through a panic attack, I want you to know this:

You’re not “going crazy.”
You’re not weak.
And you’re certainly not alone.

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. 🤍

If you’ve found your way to this page, there’s a good chance life has felt heavier than usual.

Maybe you’ve been living with anxiety.
Maybe you’re emotionally exhausted.
Maybe you’ve spent so long looking after everyone else that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to look after yourself.

Or maybe you’re simply searching for a place where you don’t have to pretend you’re okay.

That’s why I created this space.

A place for honest conversations about mental health.
A place to understand yourself with kindness instead of criticism.
A place where healing isn’t about being perfect—it’s about taking one gentle step at a time.

A little about me…

I’m Florencia, a Life Coach specialising in CBT and NLP. But before I ever supported others, I had to learn how to support myself.

I’ve lived through panic attacks, anxiety, burnout and the feeling of believing I had to carry everything alone.

That journey changed my life.

Now, I’m here to share what I’ve learned through my own experience, my professional training, and the incredible people I’ve had the privilege of supporting.

Here you’ll find:
🌿 Honest conversations about anxiety, burnout and emotional wellbeing.
🤍 Practical tools you can use in everyday life.
💛 A space where you’re met with compassion, never judgement.
✨ Gentle reminders that healing is possible, even if it doesn’t happen overnight.

You don’t have to agree with everything I share.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

You just have to know this:

You don’t have to carry everything alone.

If something you’ve read today made you feel seen, I’d love for you to stay.

Welcome to this little corner of Instagram.

I’m so glad you’re here. 🌿 ❤️

Grief changes everything.

Not only because someone is no longer physically here…

but because the version of life you knew disappeared with them.

One of the questions that quietly follows so many people after loss is:

“What now?”

The truth is…

there isn’t one perfect answer.

Some days, moving forward means getting out of bed.

Some days it means crying without trying to stop yourself.

Some days it means laughing again—and realizing that laughing doesn’t mean you’ve stopped loving.

Healing is not about leaving someone behind.

It’s about discovering that love can continue to exist while life slowly begins to grow around the pain.

Wherever you are today, I hope you remember this:

You are allowed to move slowly.

You are allowed to miss them.

And you are allowed to keep living.

🤍 If these words helped you feel a little less alone, save this post so you can return to it whenever you need. ❤️
