After alot of encouragement from many friends and a difficult year with the milk price we have decided to start to process milk from our own cows. The cows enjoy grazing the lush grass which grows in the rich soil of the picturesque Ouse Valley. Skimmed, Semi Skimmed and Fresh Milk are available in 1 or 2 litre cartons and also Double Cream.
