Israel attacked across the occupied West Bank, killing one Palestinian, Muhammad Rajih Nasrallah, and arresting at least 130. This is not a one off. It’s part of Israel’s systematic campaign of mass arrest and imprisonment, that aims to suppress Palestinian rights and resistance to apartheid rule.
At present, Israel holds more than 9,000 Palestinian political prisoners in detention, including 350 children. They face systematic torture, sexual violence and ill-treatment. Often they are held without charge.
This campaign of mass imprisonment is part of how Israel imposes apartheid over the Palestinian people. Through mass arrests Israel discourages and undermines Palestinians ability to resist attempts to drive them from their land, restrict their movement and deny them their freedom.
We must demand our government take action. Head to the link in our bio to write to the Foreign Secretary to insist it push for the release of Palestinians imprisoned by Israel and immediate sanctions.

Join us on Saturday, January 17th, for another important picket outside Barclays Bank! This isn’t our first rodeo. We’ve rallied time and time again, and we won’t stop until real action is taken to end the funding of genocide and uphold human rights. Your voice is powerful!

After the picket, we’ll hold a street side protest where you can help amplify our message. Our Bedfordshire Divest for Palestine stall will be there as well, so come and meet us to learn more about our cause. Following that, we’ll have a peaceful rally featuring passionate speakers who will inspire us all to keep fighting for justice.

Let’s unite for change and show that we won’t back down! Bring your friends and family, every voice counts in this ongoing battle!

Bedford PSC Joins Children’s Walk for Gaza: A Heartwarming Display of Solidarity

On Saturday, November 1st, the Bedford PSC participated in the inspiring children’s walk for Gaza, organized by the 👏🏼

The event was a testament to the resilience and determination of the young participants and their supportive parents, who showcased their unwavering commitment to those in need.

Chairman Rosie and Rob delivered an impactful speech, captivated the audience with their heartfelt words, further emphasising the significance of this cause.

A round of applause is due to all the children and their parents, along with the supporters who came together for this meaningful event. Their enthusiasm and commitment to making a difference truly warmed our hearts. Well done to everyone involved! ̇ne
