Our FREE Summer Programme is back for the school holidays – and there’s plenty to get involved in for children and young people.

At The Rufus Centre:
🎭 Get creative with 'Play in a Week' - write and perform your own play (call to book)

💃 Try something new with a Dance Workshop (call to book)
🥊 Get active with Boxing sessions (call to book)
🎪 Drop in for Circus Skills

Head outdoors for Earth Day celebrations and Build a Bug Hotel at the Tiny Forest drop-in at Hinksley Road Recreation Ground.

🎨 The Hub
Explore your artistic side with a Graffiti Workshop or Mosaic Workshop at The Hub, Dunstable Road (call to book).
And don’t forget – there’s a fantastic programme running at The Hub with Dan and the team too, with morning and afternoon sessions for different age groups.

👉 Some activities require booking, so be sure to secure your place early. Call 01525 631900.
👉 Adult supervision is required for all activities except 'Play in a Week' and the programme at The Hub with Dan and the team.

In this year's Annual Residents' Survey, many people said they would love to see more community events for older people. We hope this will be a popular addition to the calendar!

Join us for a wonderful 'Summer Garden Gathering' with Afternoon Tea on Monday 20th July at The Rufus Centre Wedding Garden, all in aid of the Flitwick Town Mayor's Charity.

This is a perfect opportunity to enjoy a relaxed afternoon with great company and a delicious afternoon tea from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.

👒Put on your finest headwear and take part in our fun Best Hat Competition!

🚁All proceeds go towards supporting the Town Mayor's charity for 2026/27, Magpas Air Ambulance, and the amazing work they do.

📍 Where: Visitors attending Citizens Advice sessions are asked to report to The Rufus Centre reception on arrival. Reception staff will direct you to the correct room.

⏰ When: Drop in anytime, sessions end at 12.30 noon - no appointment needed!
