Private FIRE HYDRANT Testing!

If you’re responsible for a Commercial site, Industrial Unit/Estate, School or Large Campus, there’s a strong possibility that you will have Fire Hydrants. If you’re not sure when they were last inspected or tested, we can help!
With our trained competent personnel we will:
-check accessibility
-check condition of pit, frame, cover & surrounds.
-perform a static pressure & Flow rate test
-check signage
-overall compliance with written report
All in accordance with BS-9990:2015 with our newly calibrated kit.

Another busy week for us!
From providing Fire Risk Assessments & Fire Training in Beds & Bucks, to helping with installations & servicing of fire equipment at St Cuthberts Arcade ( thanks to Amor) to finishing up with working at Blenheim Palace, we would like to say a massive thank you to all those that give the support and trust in us as we greatly appreciate it. The car is not the show piece😁 although I hear it caused a bit of a stir on the M1 Petrolheadonism.Club today!

BEWARE!!
Did your engineer/technician arrive on a horse?
It’s come to our attention that so called competent persons are telling their customers that foam extinguishers are now banned and they must be replaced. Whilst particular ingredients which hasn’t been in suppliers extinguishers for around 10 years have been banned from July this year, it’s unlikely that your extinguishers contain this especially if purchased within the last 5 years. Whilst we would recommend a fluorine free alternative when the extinguisher is due its discharge test, there may be no reason to swap it out now!

After completing more training we’re pleased to say we can offer fire suppression installations & maintenance on firetrace systems, enabling us to cover more than vehicle & plant machinery such as kitchens, data centres, electrical rooms, cnc’s and more… feel free to get in touch for any advice/surveys needed. We also kept up to date with a recent fire safety signs course to ensure we are keeping up with the regulations, helping keep your building stay safe & compliant.
