As Operations & Hospitality Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in bringing extraordinary moments to life at Hillsborough Castle. From formal dinners and conferences to Investitures, Citizenship Ceremonies, Garden Parties, Gun Salutes, and VIP or overnight stays, you will orchestrate events that are both memorable and meaningful, delivered with warmth, grace, and impeccable attention to detail.

Leading the Household and Hospitality teams, you will inspire excellence through visible leadership, day to day guidance, and thoughtful coaching.
