Staff from DAERA/NIEA, AFBI and NPWS form all over NI and Ireland, attended Track and Trace training yesterday at the Greenmount Campus. It was a great opportunity to swap stories and get their hands on some of the equipment and try out some of the track and trace tools we will be using in the case of an Asian hornet incursion.

NIEA INNS Team Mollie Bullock and NBDC's Shared Island Biosecurity & Citizen Science Officer, Chantel Carr attended the North West Angling Fair last weekend to share their joint knowledge about biosecurity for anglers and other water users. The Shared Island Biosecurity and Invasive Species Initiative has enabled both organisations to work together and produce resources jointly for events across the island of Ireland.
