We take the time to understand what’s bringing you to counselling, learn about your experiences, and recommend an approach that best supports your needs.

Sixteen years ago, Jigsaw started with a much smaller vision. Today, we’re delivering around 80 counselling sessions a week and have reached a point where our current space is at capacity.

It’s a huge milestone, and one that comes with a lot of excitement. Reaching capacity means there is a real need for what we do, but it also means asking what needs to change so we can continue supporting more people.

We’re now exploring what the next chapter could look like, from working alongside other community organisations to potentially developing satellite spaces.

For us, growth isn’t just about becoming bigger. It’s about making mental health support more accessible and creating more opportunities for people to get the help they need.

At Jigsaw Community Counselling Centre, we believe everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, heard, and accepted for who they are. 💛

People sometimes ask whether we offer support for the LGBTQ+ community. While there are organisations dedicated to specific communities, what we offer is something we believe every person deserves: a non-judgemental, compassionate, and affirming space to explore whatever has brought them to counselling.

Our role isn’t to define your journey, but to walk alongside you with empathy, unconditional positive regard, and respect.

No matter who you are or what brings you here, you’ll be met with kindness.
