From White Star to Five Star! ⭐

This week, we welcomed our first group of tourism and hospitality students to Titanic Belfast for our White Star to Five Star seminar.

Students had the opportunity to explore the Titanic Experience while gaining valuable bts insight into what it takes to operate a world-class visitor attraction, with a Q&A with members of our Management Team, an interactive game and more.

Over the past month, we’ve been delighted to welcome visitors from near and far to view Mary Mangan’s pocket watch on display at Titanic Belfast.

It has been particularly special to welcome some of Mary’s descendants, as well as members of the Adergoole Titanic Society, to see this remarkable piece of Titanic history in person. ⌚

Today is your last chance to view the pocket watch at Titanic Belfast before it leaves us and goes to auction with Henry Aldridge & Son.

Autumn has arrived at Titanic Belfast 🍂

As the days grow shorter and the landscape changes colour, our Grand Atrium has had an autumnal transformation, inspired by the season of gathering, harvest and change.

For people living in Ireland at the time of Titanic, autumn was a time for harvesting, preserving, feasting and preparing for the darker months ahead and many of the traditions we now associate with this time of year have much deeper roots.

Good luck Isa-Mae! 🎤

You may recognise Isa-Mae from our Sound Stage at Titanic Belfast, where she has been a regular performer as part of our busking programme this summer 🎶

Over the past few weeks, she’s been taking to a very different stage as part of Junior Eurovision Ireland and what a journey it’s been! After becoming Ireland’s first-ever Wildcard, Isa-Mae made an incredible return to the competition and secured her place in the Final!

From performing in our Grand Atrium to the Junior Eurovision Ireland Final in Malta, we’re delighted to see Isa-Mae doing so well and wish her the very best of luck tonight! ❤️

We were delighted to welcome Peter and Brooke Toohey to Titanic Belfast earlier this week!

Visiting from the United States, Peter is the great great great-grandson of first-class passengers, Isidor and Ida Straus, who’s love story was famously paid tribute to in the 1997 film ‘Titanic’. ♥️
